The Town scored another success on Saturday, when they visited Horton and Coate in the second round of the Calne and District Knock-out Cup competition and won by 5 goals to 2. At the interval, the Town led by 2 goals to 1, F. Wilkins having registered both points.
In the second half the visitors were much the better side, and further goals were obtained by F. Wilkins, W. Sandell and F. Selman. The home team's arrears were reduced as the result of a penalty.
