Bassett's younger players were totally outplayed by a very good Cirencester Town Colts side from the West Division of the Swindon & District League in a hastily arranged friendly when Westlea were unable to field a second team. Special mention for goalkeeper Josh Dimond who had a tremendous game and, were it not for his heroics in goal, the score could have been a lot worse. Hopefully this 0-10 result will not do too much damage to the boys' confidence.
