Bassett also played a second match against their visitors involving the children not involved in the league match which resulted in a 2-2 draw. Bassett found themselves trailing 2-0 at half time but yet another tremendous second half performance saw honours eventually end even Harry Fitzwilliams scored both Bassett goals, the first resulting from a terrific solo run and turn, finished off with a powerful shot into the bottom corner of the net.
