We started the game with strength and determination. Nat went straight into the game making a run for goal which put Ferndale on edge!

Ferndale put the heat on and had some good strong shots at goal, but fortunately for us they were slightly off target, Josh had some good saves and our defence in the form of Jamie and Jack T was strong.

Nat being on fine form made a run and had a good first goal of the game. 1-0

We had a win on our minds and continued with some good passing between Marshall, Adam, Jack H and Raisham upfront.

Ferndale were still trying to get on past us but without success, team work was good and we were holding them off.

Raisham received a good pass which he forwarded to Nat, who was able to take us to 2-0.

HALF TIME

As they say its a game of two halves and the second half was clearly Ferndale's!!

Their half time talk did them wonders as they began wanting the game back.

Whilst we still had some fine runs from Jack Holder, and some enthusiastic shots from Adam, Nat and Marshall we were tiring and started to weaken.

Our passing and team spirit diminished and our defence began to loosen, letting Ferndale break and giving away too many opportunities. Ferndale took advantage ot this and with only five minutes to go , they had won two goals back!! 2-2

Whether we were tired or thought we had done enough by half time, a win was possilbe today, however we settled for a draw!!
