League Decider!!!!! Supporters were in their masses to see the result of this game and not just from Greenmeadow and Wootton Bassett. The game started hard, Greenmeadow wanting the win and us wanting to stop them in their tracks! We played a strong game, some good runs, challenges, defending work and of course saves by Josh. As usual we had some great team work, on the down side some not so good team work crept in. There were some good attempts at goal, but to our dismay none hit the back of the net, luckily the same applied to Greenmeadow. Half time 0-0

The second half saw Greenmeadow come on strong and they immediately put a strain on our defence. The game was hard and we battled on with not giving in, yet seeming to tire. We had some tough tackles and some unsavoury moments. Josh made some good decisions coming out when the occasion arose. A foul awarded against us resulted in a penalty near to the end of full time, a goal to Greenmeadow. With little time left to even the gamee, we kept going to the end but we were rather frayed at the edges. We have been a good match to the top teams in the division, lets keep it up. An unfortunate end to the season, but hopefully lessons learnt. Well done boys.
