Within the first two minutes of the game Ashton Keynes took a great shot at goal. The supporters were wondering if the Futsal tournament and the hectic social life of the players was going to have an adverse effect on the game!

Jamie, Jack and Josh were put straight to work, as Ashton Keynes began the game with determination. After five minutes of fathoming out what they were meant to do our lads woke up and started to play as they should have from the start.

Jack Holder led the way with some good runs and shots, followed by Marshall and Raisham. An accidental handball gave Adam a penalty shot, but a noise bellowed from the side line and he was put slighty off target!!

We started passing better, Nat had a good run followed by a cracking shot. 1-0, we were off.Nat not losing his mojo, followed quickly with an almost duplicated run and goal. 2-0

Marshall keeping up the pressure received a pass, controlled it and we were on a roll. 3.0

Nearly half time and, Ashton Keynes were looking deflated, when Jack Holder took control of the game and with an amazing chip got us to 4-0

Ashton Keynes had a moment of defiance and fought back fiercly which caught our defence off gaurd, as they ran through and had a worthy shot. 4-1

SECOND HALF

The second half saw some good runs and good shots, many unfortunatley off target, but at least we had not assumed we had won the game and kept going.

Marshall took a beautiful pass which he crossed perfectly into the back of the net. 5-1

We then started to fo for glory slightly with the good passing easing off. The result was many missed opportunites and bunching on the goal line with no movement. Then we had a fumble in the goal mouth! Fortunately for us the ball tipped off Raishams foot and we were now 6-1 up.

With no let up, nat had one final energy surge and took another run and made the final score a pleasing 7-1.

Well done to Nat for the Hat trick.
