17 Feb 2013 - Greenmeadow Youth (H)

The first half was all Greenmeadow and they showed why they are top of the league as they dominated the play, spending long periods with the ball passing well and starving us of possession! They scored fairly early as we could not get a decisive tackle in and with a couple of touches the wide man made space and struck a nice shot into the bottom corner giving Josh no chance.

But the second half was different as we came out determined and got more of the play, spending more time in the Greenmeadow half looking for an equilizer. We created a couple of chances but could not hit the target with our shooting maybe on another day one would of sneaked into the corner but not today.

Everyone worked really hard especially in the second half but unfortunately we just did not have the quality on the day to break them down and lost 1-0 for the second week in a row.
