We started quickly and almost scored from kickoff as Marshall was put through on goal by Adam but his powerful shot was just wide.

But we kept the pressure on and created more chances with Nat harassing their defence into giving us the ball but we just could not find a clear opening as they defended really well together but when we did get through on goal with three one on ones their keeper was in outstanding form and saved everything we fired at him!

At the other end Oliver and Jamie had to be on their toes as Liden were getting the ball forward at the earliest opportunity to their pacey front man who tested Josh, but he he made a fantastic save to keep the scores blank.

The second half was a similar game, we had alot of the play as Jamie, Marshall and Oliver worked the right hand side but could not get any clear shots away.

Jack Holder made some great runs up the left but could not find the killer ball into the box. We did have one chance when the keeper was finally beaten but the shot heading into the goal was cleared off the line by the retreating defender.

We conceded what turned out to be the winner when we gave the ball away in our half and Liden made 3 passes and scored with a nice finish into the bottom corner.

This changed the game as we then pushed forward looking to equalise and Liden hit us on the break and Josh made another great save to keep the score at 1-0.

Oliver had a powerful shot which hit the post and we still had further possession but could not find an opening due to Lidens good defensive team work.
