The Town played their first away Swindon and District League match on Saturday, when they visited Burbage. The home team, which included Pper-Cooke, won by 4 goals to 1. S. Titcombe scored for the Town in the second half.
Tomorrow's Football - The Town will entertain Ogbourne United (the holders of the Swindon Junior Cup) in the second round of the competition, and their team will be: C.R. Waite; A.S. Beale and H. Clarke; E. Evans, J. Webb and A. Compton; S.J. Titcombe, H. Bartlett, S. Titcombe, L.W. Chequers and W. Sandell.
