In a flurry of games over the weekend the title was decided with Wootton Bassett Town triumphing. On Friday Bassett defeated Cricklade Colts 8-1 with Aaron Oakley scoring three, Josh Shama and Nick Buckle twice and Craig White also scoring. John McDonald scored the consolation for Cricklade. This win meant Bassett at a minimum had a play-off for the title. On Saturday Greenmeadow kept the pressure on Bassett with a 2-0 win at third placed Westbrook, Carl Lewington and Dominic Randall the scorers. On Sunday Greenmeadow had another tough game against Swindon Badgers and having to play so many games in the closing weeks of the season finally took its toll when Badgers put in a tremendous performance to defeat Greenmeadow 5-0 to give Wootton Bassett the title.
