A good day for all 24 players who took part in today's games. The first game (league) proved to be a stern test for the team. They had to regroup after some sustained Fairford pressure. Weathering the storm well, they settled down and produced some really good moments of football, eventually commanding the game.

One player deserves a special mention due to his exceptional display: Dominic Gordon. Dom is the kind of player you need around when the going gets tough. He was solid today and really tried hard to play the way we are asking him to. A well-earned MOTM. Both goals scored by James French, whose finishing is now second to none.
