Fourth met fifth at Ferndale and it was visitors Wootton Bassett Town who took the lead in the first minute courtesy of an own goal. Richard Crocker put Ferndale back on level terms before the break following a good ball in from Steve Green. Jake Page put Ferndale in front with a stunning strike before it was Bassett's turn to score an own goal to make it 3-1. The visitors then missed a host of chances, as Ferndale held on for three deserved points.
