We started today′s game in driving rain and very wet conditions underfoot, however we managed to adapt to the conditions well and started the game on the attack. Max was causing problems for their defence down the left and it wasn′t long before a cross from him found Charlie who, from a tight angle opened the scoring.

Again we continued to push forward with good passing and movement from Cam and Ollie. From one such move the ball broke to Charlie who lashed in a shot from distance which their keeper did well to get his hands to but he couldn′t keep it out.

It soon became three when Max collected a rebound and drilled the ball low into the net. On the rare occasions Hungerford managed to break, Tom and Robert were solid at the back and also managed to pass the ball well to our midfield. Jordan had one fine stop to make when a long-range shot skidded of the surface, which he did well to hold onto.

As the half progressed we became stronger and stronger. Cam won the ball on the left passed it into Charlie who from distance took a shot which flew into the net to make it 4-0. Max quickly managed to make it 5-0 before a rare attack allowed Hungerford to score but Charlie soon scored again to make it 6-1 at half time.

In the second half we changed things a little with Jordan coming out of goal to play up front and Josh replacing him in goal. Soon the ball was passed through by Charlie and Jordan finished well to make it 7-1. Eddie was moved into midfield and soon won a corner which Max took and was converted by Jordan to make it 8-1. Hungerford continued to play well and scored again to make the final score 8-2.

A good all round performance from everyone with special mentions for Charlie and a fine performance from Cam.
