A superb performance by the Under 15's, probably their best game of the season, against high-flying Stratton Juniors. However, it was the visitors who took the lead after 10 minutes, albeit against the run of play. From thereon it was all Bassett. Zhenia Fogel equalised following a corner and then Jamie Riddett put Bassett in front. Tim Gleed then scored direct from a corner to make it 3-1 Bassett at the break. The first half performance had been a great team effort with all the players working tirelessly for each other.

In the second half Bassett were rarely troubled and Gareth Jones put the game beyond Stratton when he scored midway through the half following a fine run down the left flank. Three valauable points and a very happy management team.
