Shock of the day took place at Cricklade Leisure Centre as the young Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development side inflicted a second consecutive defeat on Cricklade Town. Two early goals from Ben Paul and George Staten put visitors Royal Wootton Bassett Town in the ascendancy but Cricklade pulled one back before the break and then got back on level terms within a minute of the restart, Elliott Corp and Billy Sly with the Cricklade goals. Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development were not to be denied though as Paul popped up to lodge his second of the game ten minutes from time to complete their best result of the season and secure the three points.
