Goals from Ben Howlett and Daniel Sandford ensured Trowbridge Town's good start to the season continued with a 2-1 home win over Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development. Trowbridge had trailed at the break to a Josh Bolton goal for Royal Wootton Bassett Town who also had a couple of good chances in the second half that were missed. Trowbridge's first came from a deflected free kick and the winner came four minutes from time with a powerful shot into the top corner of the net. That is now four games unbeaten for Trowbridge with the win lifting them two places in the table into 6th place. For Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development that is now four single goal defeats in their opening seven games as they dropped down to 12th place in the table.
