After being 2 goals to 1 down at the interval against Lyneham in a Calne and District League match on Saturday, Wootton Bassett Town won by the odd goal in five. The Town scored after 10 minutes play, through A. Embling, but before the changeover Matthews had netted twice for the villagers. Wootton Bassett improved during the second half and further goals were scored by A. Embling and F.F. Perry.
