Trophy match at home to Wanborough the boys started the game full of confidence but wanborough had the best of the early stages with a couple of shots just going wide The first half was a physical battle all over the pitch with some hard tackles going in from both sets of players. Only a fine save from Tom late in the fisrt hlf saw the boys to half time 0-0. The second half started the same way the first half finished with chances at both end Bassett controled the game in the second half more and missed a few good chances, with wanborough still coursing problems for the boys at the other end. As the second half came to an end the match was going into extra time with the team playing out a very entertaining 0-0 game. In the 1st half of extra time Ryder put Bassett in front with a fine finish low down to the keeper left only for Wanborough to score late into the second half with a good goal of their own. The game would be decided on penalties with Wanborough running out winners 4-2.
