The points were shared at the end of a closely fought match when Swindon Town came from two goals down to snatch a draw on a muddy Supermarine.pitch.

Bassett had chances in the first half as Sammy Wood, Joni Warner and Jenna Mcfadzean all went close, but the half ended goalless as both teams failed to find a way through the opposition defence.

At the start of the second half Bassett applied pressure on the Swindon goal and a double strike from Jenna Mcfadzean gave Bassett a two goal cushion.

Swindon Town fought back into the game though, and began to put more pressure on the Bassett goal. They were rewarded for their efforts with two late goals which earned them a share of the points.
