The Town's first eleven were home to Cherhill on Saturday in a Calne & District League match and a one-sided game ended in a win for Wootton Bassett by 11 goals to 2. During the first half Angelinetta and Roles scored for the home team and Cuthbert for Cherhill. In the second half goals were added by Roles (3), Beale 3, Ogbourne (2) and Sandell, and Summers netted for the visitors.
