Wootton Bassett Town maintained top spot in the table in the Under 18 age group with a comfortable win over a spirited Wroughton B side. The damage was done in the first half as Phil Tearle ran the Wroughton defence ragged scoring five goals, Tom Marchment hitting a hat-trick and George Drewitt scoring with a long range effort to give the visitors a 9-0 half time lead. With Tearle still suffering the effects of a bad cold he was substituted at the break and his replacement Calum Dunn continued the scoring with a hat-trick himself, including a stunning left foot strike. Wroughton B continued to battle away and were rewarded with two second half goals of their own to make the final score 2-13.
