Much more comfortable in derby second leg

Wootton Bassett Town U18A went joint top of the league with a comfortable 6-2 win over stable mates Wootton Bassett Town B. As in the first fixture between the two sides three weeks ago it was the B side who went in front early on when David Bray scored from the penalty spot. The A side got themselves back into the game when Phil Tearle also scored a penalty. The same player then put the A side in front with a stunning curled shot from the left which gave keeper Tom Hammond no chance. In the second period the A sides more skilful approach saw them go further ahead with Phil Tearle scoring his third of the game. The A side then gifted the B side a second goal with an own goal before strikes from Tearle (his fourth of the game), Tom Marchment and Dean Wason made the game safe.
