Bassett had their 6th game of the season playing away to Lydiard Youth. This was another difficult game, but Bassett came away with a 4 - 0 win an all round excellent team performance. Sam Lowkis and Oliver Rigby covered each other well creating a rock solid defence. With Joe Paish in goal having another successful game.

Tyler Amos scored a goal which came from a good team build up. Jake Matthews also scored 2 goals and never gave up running up and down throughout the game. Ben Mattick scored a goal with Jake putting in all the running and passing at that crucial moment. Well done! Half time and we decided on a change bringing Tyler and Ben off and putting Scott Walduck and Nathan Tearle on, who slotted into their roles straight away and started battling for the ball.

Lydiards performance was better in the second half but Bassetts defence managed to soak up any attacks. It was a pleasing and rewarding result.
