Royal Wootton Bassett Town Ladies made light work of Salisbury in their re-arranged Wiltshire County Women's Cup first round tie as they triumphed 7-1.
Holly Baker and Zoe Shellard led the way with impressive braces for Bassett, who dominated play against their County League opponents from start to finish.
They were ahead early on as Baker finished off a fine run with a shot into the top corner.
The lead was soon doubled as a corner found Hannah Gulliver, and, following a neat turn on the edge of the box, she fired into the back of the net.
Bassett's third came from another goal of the highest order. This time it was Lisa Coe finding the net. Her corner was initially cleared, but the ball found its way back to Coe and she curled into the top corner.
Having established a three-goal advantage at the break, there was little doubt about the identity of the team who would be advancing to face Melksham Town in the last eight.
But Bassett refused to take their first off the gas following the restart and found themselves four to the good when Zoe Shellard rounded off a bursting run from halfway with a cool strike beyond the Salisbury 'keeper.
Good play on the edge of the box then was rounded off by Aly Lyons' lob to make it five before an incisive give-and-go between Baker and Shellard released the former to slot home a sixth.
The one blot on Bassett's copybook arrived when a Salisbury cross was misjudged and crept into the net.
However, Bassett would have the final say when another fantastic run from Baker opened up the Whites' defence, and she squared for Shellard to tap into an empty net.
Bassett's attentions now turn to the league, with their campaign set to belatedly begin away at Oldland Abbotonians next week.
