We started the game well and for the first five minutes the game was played in their half of the pitch. For the next five minutes it was quite an even game but then Highworth took the lead directly from a corner kick. The corner was driven in and swerved in over the goalkeepers' head. We had some half chances but did not manage to take them. All of our team worked very hard but Highworth managed to add another goal just before half time and we trailed by two goals to nil at half time.

The second half kicked off and our heads did not drop. We played some good football at times but we could not manage to score. Charlie Skeates came on for his debut in the second half and was unlucky not to score on a couple of occasions. Highworth scored two more goals in the second half as we were chasing the game.

Everyone agreed that the score did not truly reflect the game but Highworth are definitely a good side and they deserved to win the match.
