Royal Wootton Bassett Town got back to winning ways with a hard fought 2-0 friendly victory away at Pewsey Vale.
Tom Moore gave Bassett the lead when he reacted quickest to follow up on a Tommy Ouldridge shot.
Scott Chilcott then sealed the win from the penalty spot.
Next up for Bassett is a third and final friendly against Wiltshire Senior League Premier Division opponents before two tougher tests against step six opponents in Devizes Town and Hartpury University.
