Wroughton slipped up in the title race on their return to Corsham Print Wiltshire Senior League action. At home to a Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development side which has up to now been impressive on their own pitch at the Gerard Buxton Ground but struggled on their travels, the leaders were involved in a 7 goal game which saw the visitors from Bassett edge it by the odd goal thanks to strikes from Logan Cassidy (2), Aaron Stevens (pictured above) and Jacob Marsh. Consolation goals for Wroughton coming through Dave Coleman (2) and Craig Bowden. The win lifted Bassett one place in the table above Purton whose game with Shrewton was postponed.
