1st Half

The teams appeared to be quite equal at the start of this match, there was a lot of play up and down the pitch and then we suddenly got a break and after some good passing, it was crossed to Dec, who fired the ball into the goal. Then it just seemed that lady luck was not going to shine down on us, there was shot after shot that just wasn't getting across that white line, Will, Tom & Dec all had attempts and re-bounds but it wasn't to be. Kingshill had a few attempts at goal, with one coming close but Ben stood his ground and made a good save and there was some good defending by Mollie.

2nd Half

This half started pretty much as the first half. Both teams were determined to score and Kingshill had a player with an almighty throw. There were a couple of dodgy tackles from both sides but each team was determined to gain ownership of the ball and score a goal. There was a brilliant piece of passing between Tom & Dec, with Tom having his goal saved by the keeper, only for the ball to rebound back to Dec and his shot hitting the cross bar. Kingshill then leveled the score but we were not to be defeated and Will easily put the ball in the back of the net after a corner taken by Tom. Ben then made a good save only for the ball to rebound straight back to a Kingshill player who fired the ball straight into the goal.
