19 Feb 2012 - Wootton Bassett Town 'A' (A)

A decent performance from us today. Wootton Bassett A were just too strong but we matched them for long periods of the game. A couple of sloppy goals cost us really but it was always going to be tricky. A team played with 3 big defenders and a big confident keeper in Ryan and Joe barely had a chance all game.

Each player put in a good shif though and can be proud of themselves. Josh and Aaron both came on and did well with Aiden and Taylor having very good games again.

We managed to get a goal back when Joe finally got the ball facing the defenders and with one defender to beat he superbly went past him and finished in style.

Harry was this week's man of the match. Defended well, confident and composed on the ball and hardly put a foot wrong all match. Excellent performance
