Last Saturday we entertained our old rivals Fairford and with the help of their keeper won 4-1. It was an eventful game with our opening goal being scored by our keeper Steve Bisley whose huge dropkick eluded everyone and went straight into the goal. Further goals from Simon Edwards, Harry Sandu and another screamer from the player manager on as a late substitute completed a somewhat flattering victory but sets us up for our last six matches and a climb up the league table to a position we deserve to be in. Woody and I would like to make a personal thank you to both Les Gill and Derek Reiley from the Under 18's who have been a great help to us with the integration of their players into the side and they in return have been a revelation in the set up and a credit to the both of them and with young players of this quality the future looks good for the club. No game this Saturday but we entertain Brackley on Tuesday 1st April so come along and heckle the players on.
