Royal Wootton Bassett Town's hopes of completing a South West Regional Women's Football League Division One North double over Bath City were put on hold as heavy rain caused their meeting at the Sustain Stadium to be abandoned with just over an hour played.
Bassett had led 1-0 courtesy of Mia Mugford's first half goal, scored after she had got the better of Bath defender Abby Gray.
A fine save from Millie Powell shortly after the restart then kept Bassett in front.
But, on an afternoon of incessant, heavy rain, play was eventually brought to a premature end with standing water forming on the Sustain Stadium pitch.
The teams - separated in the table by just a single point - will therefore go again later in the season.
