This game was evenly contested and it was a great game to watch from the football played at their age. Bassett controlled the game in general but at times looked shaky at the back with some unusual types of defending which we are not used to but great credit to Highworth for putting our boys under pressure and in the end we came out on top. In all the passing was there and the running was there but something was missing the flowing football was quite not there today but they got the result and they worked hard for it, so once again for the Under 8's another win but to close on this occasion.
