Another good win for the Bassett under 8's,we have now played 2, won 2, goals for 21, against 0.

Another well supported game for the under 8's which saw Bassett beat S&W 12 to nothing even though S&W were missing 4 of their players which would of resulted in an all girls team they gave a gusty performance and their keeper played very well keeping the score down to what it was. Bassett played very well passing the ball around the field whilst working together as a team when needed, with Joe Whiteley and Harry Hazzard being solid in defence resulting in the goal keeper James Painter having a trouble free morning.(sorry). The midfield of Tyler and Ryan Amos, Jack Brain and Aaron Oakley dominated most of the game enabling the front strike force of Jake Matthews and Jake Woodley to contribute to an overall fine team performance. Goal scorers: Jack Brain 1, Joe Whiteley 1 , Jake Woodley 1 Ryan Amos 2, Aaron Oakley 3 and Tyler Amos 4.
