One of two home fixtures this weekend, Royal Wootton Bassett Town play their opening home fixture of the South West Regional Women's Football League Division One North season on Sunday as Downend Flyers visit the Sustain Stadium (2pm kick off).
The game represents only the second ever competitive meeting between the teams, with their only previous encounter coming in the 2015-16 Women's FA Cup first qualifying round - a game Downend won 5-1.
Bassett will be hoping for better this time against a side who finished seventh, just two points clear of the relegation places, in Division One North last season.
Admission on Sunday is by donation, with all money raised to be donated to the family of Toya Jefferies - a Royal Wootton Bassett Academy pupil who tragically passed away in a road traffic collision in August.
On Saturday it's a meeting between two teams with plenty of history against one another as the Men's First Team visit Tuffley Rovers in the Hellenic League Premier Division (3pm kick off).
Bassett's second most frequent current league opponents, they have met Tuffley 29 times in the league since first facing each other in 1991.
Bassett have won twelve of those fixtures - and will be aiming to extend their unbeaten run against Rovers to ten games, a streak that seen Sam Collier's side win six straight, including 2-1 and 1-0 victories last season.
A tough game is in the offing though. Indeed, five of those six consecutive wins have been by just a single goal.
Also on Saturday the Development team return to Wiltshire League Premier Division action at home against newly promoted Park United (Sustain Stadium, 3pm).
Mark Simpkins' side will be looking for their second win of the season - and to close the gap to the sides in mid-table, including Park.
Admission on Saturday is £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for RWBTFC youth members.
