Owing to inability to raise a team the Town's first eleven match at Avebury was scratched, but the Reserves journeyed to Wroughton in a Swindon And District League (Division 2) match and were defeated by 5 goals to 1. F. Munns scored the Reserves goal.
The Town Reserves receive a visit from Wroughton Reserves in a Swindon and District League match tomorrow and the team will be: S. Rex; G. Edwards and A.W. Clarke; M. Twine, R. King and C. Archer; S. Taylor, W. Ogbourne, F. Tyler and F. Munns.
