Elsewhere, the Under 16s had a tough match against Tyrone Mings Volcanoes, with only 11 players and no substitutes, but the girls battled hard and didn't give up.

Unfortunately, Bassett conceded a goal early on but weren't deterred and went on to dominate, playing some great football. However, an injured Mia meant that the girls went a player down and conceded another two before half time.

Mia bravely went back out again in the second half, but 20 minutes in the Blues lost Letti to a head injury and were back down to 10 players.

Unfortunately, this led to Bassett conceding further goals, resulting in a scoreline of 8-0.

A big shoutout to all the girls for their determination- they battled brilliantly. Keep going, Bassett!
