Second in the table Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development found it tough going in the first half in their game away to Frome Collegians. The home side sat deep and the division's leading scorers struggled to create any chances against the well organised Frome defence. It was a different story after the half time break, Nick Mason broke the deadlock scoring for the visitors, Dale Richards added a second before Mason netted again for his second of the game and his fourth of the season. The visitors continued to dominate the second half and a second of the game from Richards and a 13th goal of the season from Matt Bennett rounded off a 5-0 away win that had looked improbable at half time. The win lifted Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development to within three points of leaders Pewsey Vale with a game in hand but they have a tough looking trip coming up in midweek when they make the short journey to Calne where their unbeaten record is likely to be severely tested.
