Shaun Terry got Bassett U14 off to a flying start with a goal after eight minutes only for Dorcan to reply two minutes later to level the scores. The visitors took the lead shortly after but Shaun Terry added his second of the game to once again level the scores after 20 minutes. From that point on the Bassett defence fell apart and allowed the visitors to add four more goals before the break. Three more goals from Dorcan in the second half without reply from Bassett gave the visitors a convincing 9-2 victory.
