Sunday sees Royal Wootton Bassett Town host Yate Town as they return to South West Regional Women's Football League Premier Division action at the Swindon Mercedes Stadium (2pm kick off).

The second of two home fixtures this weekend in which both teams are fighting to improve their league position, Bassett will be looking to record a victory to kickstart their league campaign and make it two wins from four games.

Yate - who Bassett will be racing for the first time in competitive action - enter the contest still searching for their first league point as they sit bottom in the early running. Nevertheless the visitors will enter on a high after winning in the FA Women's Cup last weekend.

Admission is £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for RWBTFC youth members.

Prior to that, Saturday sees the Men's First Team complete their Hellenic League Premier Division season series with Thornbury Town (3pm kick off), as Jonny Aitkenhead's side seek to avenge a narrow 2-1 home defeat at the end of August.

Thornbury have enjoyed a stellar start to the season and currently sit second. Their games have invariably been close though with five of their seven wins so far being by just a single goal.

The Development team are then back in home after a run of three away games as they host Devizes Town Reserves (3pm kick off).

Bassett will be aiming for a result that allows them to pull away from their visitors who are just a couple of places below them in the Wiltshire League Premier Division table.

Admission is £4 for adults, £2 for concessions and free for RWBTFC youth members.
