Royal Wootton Bassett Town Men's First Team's busy October continues with a third straight midweek derby fixture on Tuesday as Malmesbury Victoria visit for the second time this month - this time in the opening round of the Wiltshire Premier Shield.

A fortnight ago the teams played out a goalless draw in a tense Hellenic League Premier Division encounter. This time though - with both teams seeking a confidence boosting cup triumph - something has to give and a winner determined.

After reaching the semi finals in both the 2023-24 and 2024-25 campaigns, Bassett will be looking to improve on their performance in the competition last season when they exited on penalties in the first round.

Admission on Tuesday is £8 for adults and £5 for concessions (including RWBTFC youth members).
