Devizes Town Reserves were playing their first game of the season after one season away from the league having won promotion back to the Corsham Print Wiltshire Senior League at the first attempt. Their opponents were Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development, who had made a good start to the season and were unbeaten in their first three games. That unbeaten run now stretches to four after a 3-0 away win over Devizes. Two goals for Dale Richards, taking him to four in four games, Nick Mason with the other goal for Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development who have now taken 10 points from their opening four games to sit second in the table behind Pewsey Vale.
