Croft proved to be difficult opponents, their manager told me that he had watched us the Sunday before. A hard fought midfield battle ensued; Bassett only had one real chance during the first 10 minutes which hit the post. Bradley opened the scoring on 20 minutes with a trade mark well taken goal, Ryan Campbell then made it two nil on 27 minutes. Aidan Cressey made it three nil before half time with a fantastic lob over the keeper.

Aidan then made it four nil on 33 closely followed by a superbly struck Ryan Campbell shot on 36 minutes, Ryan was on target again on 46 minutes to complete his hat trick and make it six nil to Bassett. Croft then scored on 48 minutes but by then it was too late Bassett were cruising and Aidan added two more goals to his tally on 50 and 55 mins making it a four goal game for Aidan well done. 1-8 to Bassett a fantastic result considering Croft were the only other unbeaten side in our league

This result continues our unbeaten run to 8 games, and a measure of how well the team are performing is that this year we have played 14 matches of which we have won 12 scoring 63 goals.
