Royal Wootton Bassett Town are set for their third derby of the Hellenic League Premier Division season on Wednesday with a tough test against Cirencester Town.

The Centurions, who made the playoffs in 2025-26, were one of the fancied teams going into the campaign as they eye up a return to the Southern League. And they have made a solid start to their league season, winning two and drawing three of their opening five games while also enjoying an extended FA Cup run.

But Bassett will be seeking to break their visitors' unbeaten league start - and continue to be Cirencester's bogey side having won three and drawn one of the four meetings between the teams since Cirencester returned to the Hellenic League.

Last season saw the teams play out a 1-1 draw in Wiltshire before Bassett recorded an impressive 2-1 triumph at the Corinium Stadium.

Kick off on Wednesday is 7.45pm at the Swindon Mercedes Stadium (Gerard Buxton Sports Ground).

Admission is £8 for adults, £5 for concessions and free for RWBTFC youth members.
