Congratulations to Harry Bateman of Royal Wootton Bassett Town's Under 10 Blue team on winning the Youth Section Player of the Month award for September.

In nominating Harry for the award, his team's manager Mark Cooper said: "Harry is a well-liked member of the team. He is always working hard, polite and puts 100% into training and matches."

The Player of the Month award is an initiative that was introduced last season. Players can be nominated by their team managers and coaches. Nominees then go into a ballot with the winner - who receives a voucher and trophy - selected from these.

Many thanks go to West Bromwich Albion forward and ex-Royal Wootton Bassett Academy pupil Owen Windsor for conducting this month's draw.
