The provisional constitution for the 2025-26 South West Regional Women's Football League season has been published, with the Football Association releasing allocations for all leagues at tiers one through six of the Women's Football Pyramid.
Royal Wootton Bassett Town will again be members of Division One North after a successful first season in the division in which they finished third.
Twelve teams will make up the division with four changes in its makeup.
Two sides - Whitchurch and Mangotsfield United - join from the Gloucestershire County Women's League after finishing as champions and runners-up respectively.
AFC Brislington, meanwhile, join from the Wiltshire League Premier Division after they claiming runners-up spot.
All three will represent new opponents for Bassett, with no previous competitive meetings.
The fourth team to be promoted into the division are Gloucester City Reserves, who replace their first team, who are promoted to the South West Regional Women's Football League Premier Division having romped to the Division One North title in 2024-25. Bassett were in the same league as Gloucester's reserves in the 2009-10 and 2010-11 seasons while playing in the Gloucestershire County Women's League.
Leaving the division are local rivals Purton (who withdrew shortly before the end of the 2024-25), SGS Olveston United and St Vallier.
