Without a doubt our best performance of the season so far. In fact this was probably one of our finest team performances ever. We went one nil down in the first few minutes but instead of dropping our heads,it spurred us on! Vince Tapster equalised before half time to make the score 1-1.

We were in total control for the rest of the game, playing flowing, passing football, whereas Ferndale could only punt and hope! They were rattled and were making some awful tackles but we were stronger throughout the whole team.

M.O.M. John Spence scored a hat-trick in the second half-his first goals for the Club, although he could have easily doubled his tally on another day!

Special mentions to everyone today-they were all exceptional. Bring on Shaw !!
