The Under 18 Blues have only dropped two points so far this season, though this record came under threat with Highworth giving them a good game. Bassett did not play very well first half. Rylands is not the place to play football, but kept their shape and worked very hard. However, they did not take their chances and were 1-0 down at half time. At the break the team was changed around a little but Bassett went two goals down. But they kept working very hard and came back with 2 goals by Max Kitchin and Dale Richards and in the last minute they scored the winning goal by Ross Algar. As manager Dave Terry said, winning like that is the sign of a good team.
