Having earned their place in the final with some David-versus-Goliath performances, Wootton Bassett B again gave Wroughton Juniors nervous early moments.
But Wroughton's early nerves were settled by a glancing header from Matt Purse and, minutes later, Dane Moulden's free-kick flew into the roof of the net.
Wroughton took control and leading scorer Dan Hall made it three before Purse added his second before half-time.
Bassett again started the better in the second half and David Coleman pulled one back.
But Matt Povey raced clear and slotted under keeper Tom Hammond before Kyle Moulden smashed a 30-yarder into the roof of the net to confirm what could be one of three trophies for Wroughton this season.
