Royal Wootton Bassett Town Development earned an impressive point from a tough fixture away against unbeaten Wiltshire League Premier Division leaders Kintbury Rangers.
Kintbury started the day nine points clear at the top of the table and few would have expected Bassett to get a result against a team leading the division.
However, following on from Bassett's heroics in the Wiltshire Senior Cup quarter final against Calne Town, another strong performance saw them come away with a point following a 1-1 draw.
The teams turned around at half time with the game looking for its first goal.
But George Armstrong put Kintbury ahead.
However an equaliser from Mani Mesas ensured a share of the points for Mark Simpkins' team.
With results elsewhere, Kintbury saw their lead at the top cut to eight points. Meanwhile, despite picking up an excellent point, results elsewhere saw Bassett slip back into the bottom four.
