Parents and carers of youth section members are invited to complete a survey, results from which will be used to help the club with planning for the 2021-22 season and beyond.

A number of responses have been received so far since the survey was launched in early March. However, the club is keen to receive additionl responses. All responses will be greatly received and treated anonymously.

The survey, which includes questions on subjects such as club communications, volunteering and membership fees, should take around five minutes to complete.

The results are important - and will be used to help planning for the 2021-22 season and the club's future development.
